When a film in this genre can grab my attention (someone who hates war films with nothing but male characters) attention and keep it 100% from credits to credits… I have to be impressed. This film is unwavering, true, real and yet not a gore fest. It speaks to the conditions of today’s war as well as the human mind and the dynamic of “normalcy” and responsibility – leadership and brotherhood.
