Current mood: warmCategory: Life Corey is an ENFJ
Extraverted iNtuitive Feeling Judging
Take this test: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp
by Joe Butt Profile: ENFJ ENFJs are the benevolent ‘pedagogues’ of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. But it’s usually not meant as manipulation — ENFJs generally believe in their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are. ENFJs are global learners. They see the big picture. The ENFJs focus is expansive. Some can juggle an amazing number of responsibilities or projects simultaneously. Many ENFJs have tremendous entrepreneurial ability. ENFJs are, by definition, Js, with whom we associate organization and decisiveness. But they don’t resemble the SJs or even the NTJs in organization of the environment nor occasional recalcitrance. ENFJs are organized in the arena of interpersonal affairs. Their offices may or may not be cluttered, but their conclusions (reached through feelings) about people and motives are drawn much more quickly and are more resilient than those of their NFP counterparts. ENFJs know and appreciate people. Like most NFs, (and Feelers in general), they are apt to neglect themselves and their own needs for the needs of others. They have thinner psychological boundaries than most, and are at risk for being hurt or even abused by less sensitive people. ENFJs often take on more of the burdens of others than they can bear. TRADEMARK: “The first shall be last”This refers to the open-door policy of ENFJs. One ENFJ colleague always welcomes me into his office regardless of his own circumstances. If another person comes to the door, he allows them to interrupt our conversation with their need. While discussing that need, the phone rings and he stops to answer it. Others drop in with a ‘quick question.’ I finally get up, go to my office and use the call waiting feature on the telephone. When he hangs up, I have his undivided attention! Extraverted FeelingExtraverted Feeling rules the ENFJ’s psyche. In the sway of this rational function, these folks are predisposed to closure in matters pertaining to people, and especially on behalf of their beloved. As extraverts, their contacts are wide ranging. Face-to-face relationships are intense, personable and warm, though they may be so infrequently achieved that intimate friendships are rare. Introverted iNtuitionLike their INFJ cousins, ENFJs are blessed through introverted intuition with clarity of perception in the inner, unconscious world. Dominant Feeling prefers to find the silver lining in even the most beggarly perceptions of those in their expanding circle of friends and, of course, in themselves. In less balanced individuals, such mitigation of the unseemly eventually undermines the ENFJ’s integrity and frequently their good name. In healthier individuals, deft use of this awareness of the inner needs and desires of others enables this astute type to win friends, influence people, and avoid compromising entanglements. The dynamic nature of their intuition moves ENFJs from one project to another with the assurance that the next one will be perfect, or much more nearly so than the last. ENFJs are continually looking for newer and better solutions to benefit their extensive family, staff, or organization. Extraverted SensingSensing is extraverted. ENFJs can manage details, particularly those necessary to implement the prevailing vision. These data have, however, a magical flexible quality. Something to be bought can be had for a song; the same something is invaluable when it’s time to sell. (We are not certain, but we suspect that such is the influence of the primary function.) This wavering of sensory perception is made possible by the weaker and less mature status with which the tertiary is endowed. Introverted ThinkingIntroverted Thinking is least apparent and most enigmatic in this type. In fact, it often appears only when summoned by Feeling. At times only in jest, but in earnest if need be, Thinking entertains as logical only those conclusions which support Feeling’s values. Other scenarios can be shown invalid or at best significantly inferior. Such “Thinking in the service of Feeling” has the appearance of logic, but somehow it never quite adds up. Introverted Thinking is frequently the focus of the spiritual quest of ENFJs. David’s lengthiest psalm, 119, pays it homage. “Law,” “precept,” “commandment,” “statute:” these essences of inner thinking are the mysteries of Deity for which this great Feeler’s soul searched. |

I have no interest in those things real – those things un real, and those that fall between the lines – i have read what was written – written past and present and that awkward area left blank for good reason -Posted in GeneralComments (0)

A romp! I loved it.
This film is literally a journey. Lovely, and funny, witty and somber. poignant and yet completely frivolous!
3 Brothers (Owen Wilson, Adrien (gorgeous) Brody and Jason Swartsman (also one of the writers) seek what they cannot find. The approval of their mother, the meaning in their fathers life and death, their relationship to eachother… in east asia they discover the answers… and it is a riot to watch…. A must see.

ALPHA DOG!
Ok, So I know I watch a lot of movies. I am a workaholic and being on my lap top at night is really boring unless something is playing in the background – so thanks to a combination of DirectOnDemand, TiVO and Blockbuster.com I am always hooked up with movies. My work hours are – after the gym -> 10:30am (in the office) till about 7pm (leave the office) — drinks & sushi (mostly) with friends til about 9:30pm – 10 to 2am (lap top work and movies). So, i guess that is roughly… 1 to 2 movies per night.. WOW!
So here is a film that might be a good flick for when you want to see something you never saw in the theater, had seen the preview a couple times and thought, “i should see that” but then never did… you can download it or rent it… it’s worth the time.. and Justin Timberlake is in it
This would have been completely contrived, over dramatized and self indulgent, if it wasnt a true story…. Justin Timberlake actually gives a pretty good performance. He doesnt over do it. Very much a GUY film. Basically, A bunch of over priveledged, over-sexed, drugged up white kids playing “Gang like games” in the valley when a fight turns bad and ends in the kidnapping and murder of an innocent teenager… apparently 98 in the valley was quite a time for the “wanna be black ganstas – scene”. in a weird way it reminded me of Zodiac… the style and setting.. there was one scene near the end where the green screen technology totally failed and you could clearly see the actors were not at that location.. but other than that.. worth a rent…
Here is a link to an article on the true story that inspired the movie.

Deja Vu:
Pretty Cool. A wild ride. I liked this movie. I wont give away anything. See it if you like action, Denzel and a mildly cool ending. I would say the major problem with it was that they introduce you to this really cool thing that you want to know more about outside of the context of the story.. how it works, what else they are going to use it for, etc… but they tied it so deeply into this one plot that it wasnt the star of the movie, which it really should have been – then they could have done Deja Vu II, and III
It is pretty good and for some reason Jim Cavesial (not sure how you spell his name, Jesus in the Passion) chose to take a tiny role in this film.. which weirded me out.

If you liked “In The Bedroom”, you will love this. Certainly not a fun little jaunt of a film, Little Children is very real…
It examines the calm and seemingly normal lives of suburbans who are anything but satisfied with life… i think it really speaks volumes about the sometimes supressed desires of people whose lives are otherwise devoid of “real” problems. If you are sick, or poor, or opressed, ugly, fat, disliked or damaged in some visible way, people often allow for you to complain about not feeling complete… but if you are in all those ways complete… then nothing could be missing… or could it?
i like the film… i think people should pay more attention to those little pangs of “what if”.. and “why not” to avoid making the bigger mistakes that ruin peoples lives… A must see in my book.
Could Kate Winslet be any more perfect?
WARNING FOR VIEWERS: NUDITY, LAUNGUAGE, SEX.
5 Stars

Current mood: cheerfulCategory: Life So one of my fave movies right now is Marie-Antoinette – I have been listening to the Sound Track Non-Stop! J’adore the “I Love Candy” sequence, because every now and then, i just want clothes, shoes, Jewlery and tons of fatty little cakes and champagne… without those days we will shrivel up and die… or at least i do…
Think of ways to pamper your brain, your soul, your body, your spirit… and be well.

Once Upon a time in a land far far… well it wasn’t that far… but pretty far.. Well..it was a good stretch of the legs from… well it all depends on where you are located actually perhaps it happened near by.. In any case, from where I live it is just a metrolink ride away.. So to get back to the point.
There once lived a poor but handsome, buff, sexy.. Muscular.. Tattooed sailor type, you know with the long hair and the full lips… tan and… *ahem* excuse me… Well, he lived in this old run down shack.. A hovel.. A lean-to.. It was actually his old man’s tool shed, after his father died.. Of some seedy disease, his step mother… who had two sons of her own.. One scrawny, the other of the extreme opposite body type… made him live in the tool shed.. He was forced to wait on his two un-manly type bros from sun up …well again to the next sun up.. And well it was a constant thing.
He had to serve them breakfast in bed.. Wash their clothes.. Clean the pool.. Feed the gerbil… He was even forced to do the marketing… (which he hated most of all).. From his tool shed on the hill, he could see the towers of a huge Mansion… Someone said that Madonna lived there.. But that story was unconfirmed.. When he had finished his chores… well he never finished his chores, bcz there was always more to do.. I mean the boy’s work was never done.. So in reality he would just take a cigarette break in between spin and rinse cycles.. And he would look up at the spires.. And dream of Princess Charming… he had met her Once Upon a Dream.. La la la da da da.. Oh… Well, he knew that someday.. She would come to rescue him from his impoverished state and kiss his dish pan hands.. And make it all better…
One day..I think it was in May… no it was too hot for may… and the Oscars had long since past.. It must have been July.. In any case– an invitation came to the family from the big mansion where Madonna supposedly lived.. Low and behold it was not from the Queen of Mainstream Porn, but instead from Princess Charming.. She had invited “EVERY” male in the city of Angels.. Actually in the County.. And the County of L.A… well that is a big … well it’s a lot of males..
The poor boy had nothing to wear and so he wept unabashedly into the pool as he cleaned it…
“Oh whoa is me” I think is what he said.. Or was it “Oh S**t! I’m screwed!” I can’t be sure..
Behold! A really wiggy thing happened then.. It wasn’t that shocking for those of us who live in Hollywood– but for all the rest of you..well— a fairy appeared.. The fairy wore the height of fashion from 1976.. His eyes gleamed from beneath his Afro and he spoke:
“Man, what you cryin’ for?” He said, and shifted position.
The poor boy looked up at the fairy, and after admiring his general splendor; told him all about his problem and not having any threads worthy of the party…
To make a long story short.. Which is too late–
POOF! He waved his– I not sure what he waved– but in a flash the poor but virile boy.. Was now dressed in a crystal suit… and the fairy POOFED here and there, and after excusing himself, he made a stretch limo complete with jacuzzi and video shorties appear and then he drove away in it…
The poor boy hopped the RTD (that’s the public bus) to the party, and as he entered the ball room everyone’s eyes turned to him.. The room fell silent, except for a few gasps, here and there.. And of course that annoying person who always coughs when it is silent in a crowded room! Perhaps it was his handsome face, or his six pack abs.. Or his majestic height, or the way he carried himself… but I think more likely it was the fact that you could see right through his suit…
Anyway, Princess Charming rushed over and was so overwhelmed by his—uh— personality.. That she asked him to marry her and take her name.. And live in her house and maybe even share some of her stuff… He said Yes! Yes1 yes! and she bought him a HUGE diamond ring, a fur coat, and a Lamborghini Diablo SV! And of all her conquests, he was her favorite.. She later wrote in her memoirs….
And they lived pretty happily till the divorce in the summer of… uhh.. Well it was sometime after the Northridge earthquake.. I remember that…
